PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform controlled release of a low molecular weight compound after implantation into a living body, for a long period of time.SOLUTION: An artificial bone 1 comprises: a substrate 2 formed of a madreporic body of calcium phosphate and a lamination film 3 for coating an outer surface of the substrate 2. The lamination film 3 is formed by laminating alternately positive charge layers 3a formed of a living body compatibility material which is electrically charged in positive, and negative charge layers 3b formed of a living body compatibility material which is electrically charged in negative.
