According to the present invention, a mixed reality fundus camera comprises: a frame having inner space and having an ocular hole formed in one side thereof to be in contact with both eyes of an inspector； a pair of camera units provided on the other side of the frame and spaced apart from each other； a display unit provided between the ocular hole and the pair of camera units and connected to the pair of camera units to output an image captured by the pair of camera units； an additional information unit connected to the display unit and transmitting additional information to the display unit； and a control unit electrically connected to the additional information unit to control the additional information transmitted from the additional information unit. According to the present invention, the mixed reality fundus camera can be portable, enables the inspector to confirm fundi in three dimensions by using the pair of camera units, can observe the fundi by being inclined with respect to the axes of the pupils or examine the periphery of the fundi by applying an indentation technique, and enables the inspector to confirm fundus images of a subject later or watch the development of diseases by storing the fundus images through an examination image storage unit.
