PURPOSE: A cauterizing apparatus for both fumigation and moxibustion on hands and feet is provided to have an extensive therapeutic effect since the fumigation and moxibustion on various parts of body, such as the top of the foot, sole, the back of the hand, and palm are possible by changing positions of user. CONSTITUTION: A cauterizing apparatus for both fumigation and moxibustion on hands and feet is a cauterizing apparatus (1) capable of the moxa cautery treatment on hands, feet, the fumigation, and comprises: a casing part in which a space part (11) and an entrance (12) connected to the space part are formed； a placing part (20) which is located in the space part, and in which moxa cautery is placed； and a moving part (30) enables the placing part to move in rostrocaudal direction. The entrance, in which the hand or foot is entered, is located in the space part. The casing part includes a casing (13) having front and back side, and both sides, and in which the space part is formed by opening the upper part； and the cover (14) having the front and back-ends, and covers opened upper part of the casing.
