PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture device capable of storing an inner needle in an inner needle hub or the like by an extraction operation of the inner needle, and preventing protrusion of the inner needle to the outside by shutting off a through-hole in which the inner needle is inserted without using restitutive force of a needle stopper member.SOLUTION: An inner tube 7 and an outer tube 6 include through-hole shutoff means for shutting off a communication state of a through-hole 73. The through-hole shutoff means comprises a needle stopper part 72B formed in the inner tube 7 and a pressing part 65 formed in the outer tube 6 for applying pressure to the outer surface of the needle stopper part 72B. The inner needle 3 is extracted by passing through the needle stopper part 72B and the pressing part 65 applies pressure to the outer surface of the needle stopper part 72B, so that the needle stopper part 72B shuts off the communication state of the through-hole 73 to produce a state where no inner needle is inserted.
