In a preferred embodiment, the irregularly shaped cross-section as described above is a polygonal cross-section having depressions allowing the orientation of the irregular shaped cross-section along eyelashes, the length of the hollow fibers is from 0.5 to 4 mm and the thickness thereof is from 20 to 50 um.
