PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an artificial tooth for making it possible to easily and accurately store an element, in which information is stored, in the artificial tooth and ensure high reliability of the element even when the artificial tooth has been used over a long period.SOLUTION: A first mold 10 includes a first recess 11 formed so as to mold a tooth crown part. A second mold 20 includes a second recess 21 formed so as to mold a tooth neck part. A projection part 22 having a shape for forming an embedding hole is formed on the second recess 21. Filling a cavity CV formed by the first mold 10 and second mold 20 with an artificial tooth molding resin and clamping the molds make a surplus artificial tooth molding resin overflow to drain off through a passage 23 to mold a hole-equipped artificial tooth. After a non-contact element in which information is stored is stored in the embedding hole of the hole-equipped artificial tooth, clamping the first mold 10 and a third mold 30 in place of the second mold 20 before filling the embedding hole with an artificial tooth molding resin molds an artificial tooth encapsulating the element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】情報を格納した素子を人工歯に容易に、かつ正確に格納でき、長期に渡って人工歯を使用しても、素子に対する高い信頼性を確保することができる人工歯の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】第1金型10には、歯冠部を成形する第1凹部11が形成されている。第2金型20には、歯頸部を成形する第2凹部21が形成されている。この第2凹部21には、埋設用穴となる形状の突起部22が形成されている。第1金型10と第2金型20とによるキャビティCVに人工歯成形用樹脂が充填されて型締めされると、流路23から溢れた余剰の人工歯成形用樹脂が流出され、穴付き人工歯が成形される。穴付き人工歯の埋設用穴に、情報が格納された非接触型の素子が格納されると、第2金型20の代わりに第3金型30が第1金型10に型締めされて、埋設用穴に人工歯成形用樹脂が充填されることで、素子を封止した人工歯が成形される。【選択図】図2
