SOLUTION: In the biological information management system 1, a server 500 notifies an information processing terminal 300 of setting information for presenting, in a biological information processor 100, information relating to exercises which should be performed by the a user on the basis of the biological information received from the information processing terminal 300. The information processing terminal 300 performs prescribed setting for making the user wearing the biological information processor 100 perform the exercises on the basis of the setting information, and the biological information processor 100 presents the information relating to the exercise which should be performed by the user on the basis of the setting.
