A system for sealing an inflatable prosthesis is disclosed, comprising: a prosthesis inflation device (200； 900)； a tube (204) operatively connected to the prosthesis (202； 902) near one end and the prosthesis inflation device (200； 900) on the other end； a plug (402) attached to the tube (204) at the prosthesis end of the tube (204)； and, a rigid ring (412) attached to the prosthesis (202； 902) and slidably attached around the tube (204) between the prosthesis inflation device (200； 900) and the plug (402)； wherein pulling the tube towards the prosthesis inflation device (200； 900) causes plug to lodge in the rigid ring (412), sealing the prosthesis (202； 902) with the plug (402).
