A method according to Claim. 1, where the addition of pranoprofen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof thus produced, that the concentration of pranoprofen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the aqueous liquid preparation is 0.001-1.0% wt. / Ob.7.
