The present invention provides a high growth factor loading efficiency polymeric micelle and preparation thereof. The polymeric micelle comprises a hydrophilic main chain, a hydrophobic segment and a crosslinker. The polymeric micelle of the present invention has high loading efficiency (>85%) and low burst release.本發明提供一種具有高生長因子負載率之高分子微胞及製造方法。該高分子微胞包含一親水性主鏈、一疏水性鏈段、以及一交聯劑。本發明之高分子微胞負載FGF1擁有高負載率(>85%)以及比其他負載FGF1微胞有較小的突釋現象。
