The suture holding member includes an outer wall and an inner wall and is configure such that: the inner wall is spaced radially from the outer wall, defines a suture holding range between the inner wall and the outer wall, defines a needle holding range, and includes at least one opening within the inner wall itself to receive at least one suture through the opening and the outer wall includes a plurality of tabs extending inwardly, the tabs engaging with the cover.
