The present invention provides an acupuncture device which comprises a needle cartridge, a pressing actuating portion and a needle outputting sleeve. The needle cartridge is cylindrical shaped and comprises a casing, a sleeve and a torsion spring. The casing has an upper and a lower end respectively provided with an upper and a lower opening located correspondingly to each other and a core column extended at the center. The sleeve is annularly sleeved and slidably disposed to the core column to space out, together with the casing, an accommodating space and includes an abutting shoulder portion located in the accommodating space. The torsion spring is annularly sleeved to the core column and has two ends respectively disposed fixedly to the core column and the sleeve. The pressing actuating portion is slidably disposed on the casing and located at one end of the needle cartridge and comprises an actuating rod located correspondingly to the upper opening. The needle outputting sleeve is disposed on the casing and located at the other end of the needle case and comprises a needle outputting hole located correspondingly to the lower opening.
