The invention relates to medicine, namely to the traumatology and vertebrology in the surgical treatment of the diseases and injuries of the backbone. The invention relates to the anterior spondylosyndesis comprising the resection of the injured vertebra, the fashioning of the receptacle bed, the distraction of ten backbone and the insertion of the vertical meshed endoprosthesis. The receptacle bed for endoprosthesis is made as a groove to which endoprosthesis of rectangular section is inserted. The endoprosthesis is fixed with the screws in the bodies of the adjacent vertebrae. The screws are passed into the openings in the perforated wall of endoprosthesis that are most appropriate for screwing. The invention also relates to the vertical meshed one-piece endoprosthesis intended for the anterior spondylosyndesis. The endoprosthesis is a combination of the parallelepiped rod with one side extended relative to three other sides and the plate generated by the console ends of the said extended side of the rod allowing for the attachment of endoprosthesis to the adjacent vertebrae with the aid of the screws. The rod is hollow and perforated with the through openings arranged in tiers around the periphery of each tier with the teeth at the edges of the rod. The teeth are produced in the course of adjusting the length of endoprosthesis by cutting the upper and lower tiers of the openings.
