PURPOSE: A highly efficient carbon dioxide reducing system using plants is provided to increase energy reducing efficiency and photosynthetic efficiency using a light emitting diode as the light source of photosynthetic process with respect to the plants. CONSTITUTION: A reactor(130) includes a cover. Plants(140) are arranged on the bottom side of the reactor. A light emitting diode-based light source device(100) is installed at the upper inner-wall or the inner lateral side of the reactor and increases the photosynthetic process of the plants. The plants are one or more selected from a group including crops, herbages, hydrophytes, and algae. The wavelength of the light emitting diode-based light source device is between 600 and 700nm.본 발명은 식생을 이용한 고효율의 친환경 이산화탄소 저감 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 덮개가 있는 반응조, 상기 반응조의 바닥에 식재되어 있는 식생 및 LED 광원 장치를 포함하는 이산화탄소 저감 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 이산화탄소 저감 시스템은 광자의 활성을 최대화하기 위한 부분 반사체, 광자의 분산 조사를 위한 광섬유 조사 장치 및 부분 반사체를 보조하기 위한 전반사체를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 이산화탄소 시스템은 광합성의 광원으로서 LED를 제공함으로써 식생에 의한 이산화탄소의 저감율 (탄소고정화)을 극대화한다. 상기 반응조에 질소산화물, 황산화물 및 미세 먼지 등의 유해 가스를 처리하는 전처리 장치 또는 이산화탄소를 농축/송출하는 챔버 를 연결하여 식물 생육 환경을 양호하게 하며 인근 산업 설비에서 배출되는 유해가스도 정화할 수 있고, 이산화탄소 저감율을 증대시킬 수 있다.
