The present invention relates to a drill-integrated suture anchor device and, more specifically, to a drill-integrated suture anchor device which can simultaneously form a drill hole in a bone and insert and fix a suture anchor into the formed drill hole when an anchor driver is pressed and rotated. A drill-integrated suture anchor device according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a suture anchor having screw threads formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; and an anchor driver capable of pressing and rotating the suture anchor so that the suture anchor is inserted and fixed in a drill hole formed in a bone. The anchor driver includes: a plurality of guide arms that are longer than the suture anchor and protrude forward while spaced from each other around the rotation axis of the anchor driver; and a drill tip provided at the front ends of the guide arms so as to be able to form a drill hole in the bone that the drill tip contacts when pressed and rotated. A plurality of female coupling grooves which can be coupled to the plurality of guide arms are formed recessed in the outer surface of the suture anchor in the longitudinal direction so that the suture anchor can be inserted and supported inside the plurality of guide arms in the longitudinal direction and rotate together with the anchor driver.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage de suture intégré au foret et, plus spécifiquement, un dispositif d'ancrage de suture intégré au foret qui peut simultanément former un trou de forage dans un os et insérer et fixer un ancrage de suture dans le trou de forage formé lorsqu'un pilote d'ancrage est pressé et tourné.
