The present invention relates to a subtype of influenza A virus and an antibody which can be widely used for detecting and treating mutants. The antibody can be applied to in-vitro diagnostic kits owing to high affinity with an antigen. In addition, the antibody is derived from human, thereby not inducing immune reactions. Thus, the antibody can be applied for therapeutic and in-vivo targeting purposes.본 발명은 인플루엔자 A 바이러스의 아형 및 변이주의 치료 및 검출에 범용될 수 있는 항체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항체는 항원에 대한 친화성이 높아 체외진단 키트에 적용할 수 있으며, 인간 유래로서 면역반응을 유도하지 않아 체내 타겟팅 및 치료 목적으로 활용될 수 있다.
