An implant heating treatment system comprising a magnetic field generation apparatus and a plurality of magnetic seeds is provided. The magnetic field generation apparatus comprises a bowl-shaped coil and at least one shield member. An alternating current is applied to the bowl-shaped coil to generate a magnetic field accordingly. The bowl-shaped coil is covered with the at least one shield member to uniform a distribution of the magnetic field in the bowl-shaped coil. The magnetic seeds are implanted into a treatment area by a medical auxiliary apparatus.
