Also included are seeds of canola cultivar CL31613, to the plants, or plant parts, of canola CL31613 and to methods for producing a canola plant produced by crossing the canola CL31613 with itself or another canola cultivar, and the creation of variants by mutagenesis or transformation of canola CL31613.
