APPLIANCE FOR DETERMINING THERMAL STABILITY OF MILK. The present utility model relates to an apparatus for determining the stability of milk when it is heated at elevated temperatures where coagulation is undesirable. The fundamental components of this apparatus are a chamber (1) provided with an opening and closing system (10) containing the sample (11) introduced through the opening (12), which contains at least one sensor (2), a heater (3) into which the camera is inserted, plus a device for temperature control or adjustment (4) of the heater (3).APARELHO PARA DETERMINAÇçO DA ESTABILIDADE TÉRMICA DO LEITE. O presente modelo de utilidade se refere a um aparelho para determinação da estabilidade de leite quando este é submetido ao aquecimento em temperaturas elevadas nas quais a coagulação é indesejável. Os componentes fundamentais deste aparelho são uma câmara (1) dotada de sistema de abertura e fechamento (10) que comporta a amostra (11) introduzida através da abertura (12), contendo no seu interior pelo menos um sensor (2), um aquecedor (3) no qual está inserida a câmara, além de um dispositivo para controle ou ajuste de temperatura (4) do aquecedor (3).
