PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sorting performance, and reduce the third outlet loss by controlling posture of a wind separator which guides a part of sorting wind from a winnower to a chaff sieve of a swinging sorting shelf, according to the amount of the processing materials to control introducing amount of the sorting wind, and setting sieve opening angle of the chaff sieve as variable according to the increase or decrease of sorting wind.SOLUTION: The thresher is provided with the winnower (22) installed downward of the swinging sorting shelf (15), and the wind separator (32) guiding a part of the sorting wind from the winnower (22) to the chaff sieve (18), wherein the wind separator (32) is posture controlled to increase the amount of sorting wind guided to the chaff sieve (18) higher as thickness of a layer of the processing materials detected by a layer thickness sensor (36) increases, and interlocking to make the space between each sheave plate (18a) of the chaff sieve (18) in the swinging direction of the swinging sorting shelf (15) wider.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明の課題は、唐箕からの選別風の一部を揺動選別棚のチャフシーブに向けて導風案内する風分流体を処理物量の多少に応じて姿勢変向することによって選別風の導入量を増減し、この選別風の増減に伴ってチャフシーブのシーブ開度を可変させることによって選別性能を高め、3番ロスの低減を図ることを目的とする。【解決手段】揺動選別棚(15)の下方に唐箕(22)を設け、該唐箕22からの選別風の一部をチャフシーブ(18)に向けて案内する風分流体(32)を設け、前記層厚センサ(36)によって検出される脱穀処理物の層厚が大きくなるほどチャフシーブ(18)へ案内される選別風量を増大させるべく風分流体(32)を姿勢変更するとともに、前記チャフシーブ(18)における前記揺動選別棚(15)の揺動方向での各シーブ板(18a)の間隔を広くするように連繋する。【選択図】図3
