This disclosure describes, in one aspect, a method of treating a subject having or at risk of having an infectious or neoplastic condition. Generally, the method includes administering to the subject a primary vaccine vector comprising a polynucleotide that encodes an immunogenic antigen expressed by a pathogen, administering to the subject a secondary vaccine vector comprising a polynucleotide that encodes the immunogenic antigen expressed by the pathogen, and administering to the subject a tertiary vaccine vector comprising a polynucleotide that encodes the immunogenic antigen expressed by the pathogen.La présente invention concerne, dans un aspect, un procédé de traitement d'un sujet présentant un état infectieux ou néoplasique ou en présentant le risque.
