A pseudo-nature culture system and a method thereof are disclosed. The pseudo-nature culture system comprises a water quality purification region, a first culture zone, an algae culture pond, a second culture zone and a water pump. The water quality purification region is utilized to culture at least one aquatic plant. The first culture zone is communicated with the water quality purification region via a first pass-through unit. The algae culture pond is communicated with the first culture zone via a second pass-through unit. The second culture zone is communicated both with the algae culture pond and the water quality purification region via a third pass-through unit and a fourth pass-through unit. The water pump is communicated with any of the first, second, third and fourth pass-through units.
