Provided is a solid composite preparation for oral administration, and to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the solid composite preparation includes: an ezetimibe wet-type granule part including amorphous ezetimibe； and a rosuvastatin mixing part containing rosuvastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The content of granules having the particle size of at least 150 m in the ezetimibe wet-type granule part is greater than or equal to 40 wt%. According to the present invention, the solid composite preparation shows high bioavailability owing to the high elution rate of ezetimibe.본 발명은 에제티미브 무정형을 포함하는 에제티미브 습식과립부； 및 로수바스타틴 또는 약학적으로 허용 가능한 그의 염을 포함하는 로수바스타틴 혼합부를 포함하며,상기 에제티미브 습식과립부의 과립은 입도가 150 ㎛ 이상인 입자가 40 중량% 이상인 것인, 경구용 고형 복합제제 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
