To provide a system for more accurately performing daily detection of body abnormality such as arrhythmia including atrial fibrillation by analyzing a subject's electrocardiogram waveform for a long period of time while considering the subject's motion and the like in performing moving operation of a mobile body such as a vehicle.SOLUTION: An electrocardiographic monitoring system 10 comprises: vital data acquisition means 11 for acquiring vital data including an electrocardiogram waveform via a contact part 15 with which a driver's skin comes into contact at the time of driving a vehicle； motion correspondence data detection means 12 for detecting motion correspondence data corresponding to the driver's body motion at the time of driving operation, the body motion influencing the electrocardiogram waveform； and data processing means 13 for performing predetermined processing on the basis of the vital data and the motion correspondence data.
