The present invention relates to a silica/zwitter ionic polymer complex nanoparticle, a manufacturing method thereof and a hydrogel moisturizing patch wherein the silica/zwitter ionic polymer complex nanoparticle is allowed to be strongly bound to moisture and accordingly reduces vaporization speed, thereby having effects of maintaining moisture and reinforcing skin barrier.
