PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a femoral stem including a buffer part.SOLUTION: In a femoral stem including a buffer part constituted mainly by one metal body and an elastic body, the metal body is a metal material, includes one base column part, and is inserted into a medullary cavity of a patient's femur. One artificial femur head is connected to a top edge of the base column part and one linkage rod protrudes to be long vertically from a bottom edge of the base column part in an axial direction. The elastic body is an elastic material and one hole penetrates therethrough vertically for installing the linkage rod therein. An ideal length of the elastic body in the axial direction is 3 cm or more. The linkage rod can provide the vertically long femoral stem with sufficient strength. When a large flexure moment is generated in the femoral stem planted into the patient's medullary cavity, the linkage rod presses the elastic body by means of elasticity with the patient's medullary cavity and buffers and cancels stress received by the whole femoral stem and the patient's femur instantaneously. Thereby a situation where the femur or the femoral stem is fractured is avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】緩衝部分を具有する大腿骨ステムを提供する。【解決手段】主に一つの金属本体及び弾性体で構成する緩衝部分を具有する大腿骨ステムにおいて、金属本体は金属材料であり、一つの基柱部を含み患者の大腿骨の髄腔の中に挿入する。基柱部の頂端に一つの人工大腿骨ヘッドを接続し且つ基柱部の底端から軸方向に縦長に一つの連動棒を突出する。弾性体は弾力性のある材料である。連動棒をその中に設置するために縦に一つの穴を貫通させる。弾性体の理想の軸方向の長さは３センチ以上である。連動棒は縦長の大腿骨ステムに十分な強度を提供でき、患者の髄腔の中に植え込む大腿骨ステムに大きな曲げモーメントが生じる際、連動棒は患者の髄腔と弾力性を持って弾性体を押し、大腿骨ステム全体及び患者の大腿骨に瞬時にして受ける応力を緩衝し相殺する。これにより大腿骨或いは大腿骨ステムが断裂する状況を避ける。【選択図】図３
