The absorbent core (41) has a block region (411) in which a plurality of block structures (400) comprising convexities (43) of high basis weight and grooves (44) of low basis weight are disposed in the longitudinal direction spanning from a ventral section (A) to a dorsal section (B). The convexities (43) and grooves (44) of the absorbent core (41) are integrally molded, and the interlayer sheet (5) partially covers the block regions of the absorbent core, the interlayer sheet being shorter in the longitudinal direction (Y-direction) than are the block regions (411) of the absorbent core (41). The interlayer sheet (5) is disposed deviated to the ventral section (A) side of the absorbent core (41).
