PURPOSE: A lifting roller with an anti-slip function and a line hauler using the same are provided to efficiently reduce the slip of a line without concern on the reduction of lifting efficiency according to the abrasion of a frictional member.CONSTITUTION: A lifting roller comprises a rotary shaft located in the center to transfer torque, a first disk(30) which is coupled to the rotary shaft and formed with first grooves and first teeth alternately arranged along the peripheral part, and a second disk(40) which is formed with second grooves and coupled to the rotary shaft opposite to the first disk so that the first teeth are located in the second grooves.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 슬립 억제 기능을 갖는 인양롤러와 이를 이용하는 양승기에 관한 것으로, 마찰부재를 사용하지 않고서도 줄과 인양롤러 사이의 마찰력을 높일 수 있는 구조를 통해 줄의 인양시 발생할 수 있는 슬립을 억제하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인양롤러는 회전축, 제1디스크판 및 제2디스크판을 포함한다. 회전축은 중심부에 위치하여 회전력을 전달한다. 제1디스크판은 회전축에 결합되며, 외곽부를 따라서 제1홈과 외곽부에서 돌출된 제1치가 교대로 복수개 형성되어 있다. 그리고 제2디스크판은 외곽부를 따라서 복수개의 제2홈이 형성되어, 제1치가 제2홈에 위치하도록 제1디스크판과 마주보게 회전축에 결합된다. 본 발명에 따른 양승기는 인양롤러 및 구동부를 포함한다. 인양롤러는 전술한 바와 같이 줄을 인양한다. 그리고 구동부는 인양롤러의 회전축에 연결되어 인양롤러를 회전시켜 줄을 인양할 수 있다.
