PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for giving diversity to the dispersed drops of an emulsion composition.SOLUTION: The aqueous carrier to disperse (1) oil phase drops containing a fatty acid soap contains (2) lecithin hydroxide. The oil-in-water emulsion is prepared by dispersing (2) fatty acid soap-containing oil phase drops in the aqueous carrier or (1) the lecithin hydroxide-containing aqueous carrier.
