The knitted surgical implantable mesh consists essentially of two groups of filaments adhered to each other to form a series of nodes, wherein two groups of said filaments constitute the first group of filaments to the first portion and a second group of filaments from a second portion extending between the nodes, with wherein the first portion is longer than the second portion and the second portion of the second set of threads is greater tension in the nodes than the first portion of the first set of threads, so that the second portion of the second set of threads thereby substantially prevents displacement th first portion of the first set of threads in the nodes, and thus substantially prevents become loose knitted mesh nodes, wherein (i) a first portion of the first strand forms an intermediate loop between nodes, a (ii) a second portion of the second yarn does not form a corresponding intermediate hinge between nodes. 2.
