An excrement and urine detecting sensor with a strip shape includes a first, a second and a third conductive strips disposed on a first base sheet. A false alarm via is located at a middle portion of one of the second and the third conductive strips, and a blocking layer covers the other of the second and the third conductive strips. The false alarm via divides the corresponding conductive strip into two sections, and the detecting sensor is divided into an excrement and a urine detecting zones by the false alarm via and the blocking layer. A diaper and a monitor system having the excrement and urine detecting sensor are further provided. The excrement and urine detecting sensor has the blocking layer disposed on the conductive strip and the diaper has a blocking zone disposed at the middle portion of an absorption core layer to divide the excrement and the urine detecting zones to prevent false alarm.
