The present invention relates to an automatic beating apparatus for dental operation which can accurately form grooves or holes in alveolar bone by beating bone areas such as the alveolar bone into a predetermined depth and can accurately collect autograft. The beating apparatus comprises: a housing in which a penetration hole is formed in one leading end and the inside is hollowed； an elasticity generating unit which is installed inside the housing as being able to horizontally moved and generates horizontal elasticity while spring-back after horizontally moving along the inside the housing by corresponding to opened side of the housing； a bone beating unit which is installed to be slid inside the housing as one end is exposed through the penetration hole, separably combines a procedure tip, and beats the bone area with a predetermined depth by horizontally moving the procedure tip back and forth with a predetermined interval while striking using horizontal elasticity added by the elasticity generating unit； and a horizontal operating unit which is installed in opened lower part of the housing and cancels the movement after horizontally moving the elasticity generating unit along the inside the housing by operation by connecting power.본 발명은 치조골과 같은 골 부위를 일정한 깊이로 타격하여 치조골에 홈이나 홀을 단시간에 정밀하게 형성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 자가골을 정밀하게 채취할 수 있도록 하는 치과 시술용 자동 타격 장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 타격 장치는 일측 선단에 관통공이 형성되고, 내부가 중공된 하우징과； 상기 하우징의 내부에 수평 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 하우징의 개방된 일측에 대응하여 상기 하우징의 내부를 따라 수평으로 이동된 후에 탄성 복원되면서 수평 탄성력을 발생시키는 탄성력 발생부와； 상기 관통공을 통해 끝단이 노출된 상태로 상기 하우징의 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되고, 골 부위를 시술하는 시술팁이 분리 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 탄성력 발생부에 의해 가해지는 수평 탄성력에 의해 타격되면서 상기 시술팁을 일정한 간격으로 수평 왕복운동시켜 상기 골 부위를 일정한 깊이로 타격하는 골타격부와； 상기 하우징의 개방된 하부에 장착되고, 전원의 연결에 의한 구동으로 상기 하우징의 내부를 따라 상기 탄성력 발생부를 수평으로 이동시킨 후에 그 이동을 해제시키는 수평 구동부를； 포함한다.
