PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adhering an object lens to an image guide fiber.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: an actuator which moves a support arm for gripping an image guide fiber to a three-axis direction a support mechanism for directing an object lens so as to face a tip end of the image guide fiber and supporting the object lens a guide chart which is installed on an opposite side of the image guide fiber side on the object lens an imaging device for imaging the guide chart which is sent via the image guide fiber and a control device comprising a function for operating the actuator so that respective outer peripheral contours of the object lens and image guide fiber match, and a function for adjusting a tip end position of the image guide fiber according to a focus alignment state of an image of the guide chart and being connected to the imaging device and actuator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
