The apparatus (1) comprises at least one control unit (11) for supplying said command signals and an energy storage element (12) fixedly or removably connectable or connected to the magneto therapy terminal (2) for providing an electric supply to said at least one magneto therapy terminal (2), the control device (3) comprising a wireless communication module (21) and being configured for wirelessly communicating with a mobile device (23). The mobile device (23) is provided with a mobile application configured for supplying command signals to the control device (3) for performing a magneto therapy cycle.
