In the front part of the combine harvester, on a frame (1), disc cutters (2) are installed, arranged in the row spacings of root and tuber crop plantings. The undercutting share (3) is interfaced with the lower rod conveyor (4) having the motion speed V1 and hinged on the frame of the combine harvester. An upper conveyor (5) with the function of a lump-crushing drum is installed above the lower rod conveyor (4). The motion speed of the upper conveyor V2 is less than the motion speed V1. The disc cutters (2) are made combined, consisting of conical and spherical parts and installed at an angle to the movement direction.
