The invention relates to dentistry, more particularly to methods for oral cavity care. A method for oral cavity care comprises daily treatment of the oral cavity with a two-component composition by means of alternating action on the oral cavity with components of a first and a second composition. According to the invention, depending on the condition of the oral cavity, consecutive treatment with preparations is started, firstly with a restorative preparation, for normalizing the pH of the oral cavity, and then, without rinsing the mouth with water, with a stabilizing preparation. The technical result of the invention is an increase in the efficiency of treating organs of the oral cavity.
