PURPOSE: An X-ray image data obtaining method and a system thereof are provided to easily find a problem area from X-ray image data by changing a pixel value corresponding to a range of the pixel value to a specific color. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray image data obtaining device determines a basic area by using a frame for selecting a specific area from X-ray image data(S10). The device generates a histogram by using a pixel value of the determined area(S20). The device determines a range of a change target pixel value from among pixel values of the X-ray image data by using the histogram(S30). The device changes and displays the pixel value included in the range(S40,S50).
