The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration with the controlled dissolution rate comprising sustained-release pellets containing tamsulosin hydrochloride and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical formulation for oral administration and a preparation method thereof. The sustained-release pellets comprise: (i) tamsulosin hydrochloride； (ii) hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)； (iii) an acid-resistant acrylic polymer； and (iv) two or more types of insoluble diluents. According to the present invention, sustained-release pellets containing tamsulosin hydrochloride can be produced with reproducibility so release velocity can be controlled and drug compliance can be increased by reducing the size of the formulation.본 발명은 탐수로신 염산염 함유 서방성 펠렛을 포함하는 용출률이 제어된 경구투여용 약제학적 제제에 관한 것으로서, 상기 서방성 펠렛은 (i) 탐수로신 염산염, (ii) 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로스(HPMC), (iii) 내산성 아크릴 중합체, 및 (iv) 2종류 이상의 불용성 희석제를 포함하는, 경구투여용 약제학적 제제 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면 특정 크기를 갖는 탐수로신 염산염 함유 서방성 펠렛을 재현성 있게 생산가능하여 방출 속도를 제어할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그 크기를 감소시켜 복약 순응도를 높일 수 있다.
