PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate calibration without requiring user to carry out complicated works relating to calibration.SOLUTION: The package for diagnosis 1 includes a tray 70, a probe 10 stored in the tray 70, a target 30 for calibration to be used for calibration, and a bag 90 wrapping the probe 10, the target 30 for calibration and the tray 70. The tray 70 includes a tray body 71, and a cable storage 74, a connector storage 73 and a tip storage 75 each provided being recessed on the upper surface of the tray body 71. The probe 10 includes the cable body part 13 stored in the cable storage 74, a connector 11 stored in connector storage 73, and the optical receiver 12 stored in the tip storage 75. The target 30 for calibration is located in the tip storage 75 so as to face the tip of the optical receiver 12.
