The present invention relates to an apparatus to fixate the catheter, which is inserted into a patient&prime；s body to inject fluid medicine and drain body fluid out, that can remain inside the skin of a patient without tape. The catheter fixation apparatus consists of a set of two supporting wings (114) on the left and right sides； a main body (112) that connects to the inner sides of the both supporting wings； a catheter hub (140) with flexible tube (142) on its ends； a support (110) to hold up the catheter； and means of attachment of the support to a patient. The main body (112), in the meantime, has a seating groove at its center； and centered around the seating groove, a primary supporting element (116a) is configured on the front side and a secondary supporting element (116b) is configured on the back side.본 발명은 환자 몸의 내부에 삽입되어 액체 치료약 등을 투입하거나 체액을 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 사용되는 카테터를 별도의 테이프를 사용하지 않고 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킬 수 있도록 구성된 카테터 고정장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 카테터 고정장치는, 좌우 1쌍의 받침날개(114)와, 이 받침날개의 양 내측면에서 일체로서 연설되는 본체(112)를 포함하고, 선단부에 플렉시블 튜브(142)가 연결된 카테터 허브(140) 및 카테터(150)를 지지하는 지지대(110)； 및 상기 지지대(110)를 환자에 부착하기 위한 부착수단을 포함하여 구성되어지되,상기 본체(112)는,중앙부의 카테터안착홈(116)을 중심으로 이 카테터안착홈(116) 전방에 제 1지지부(116a)가 일체로서 형성되고, 상기 카테터안착홈(116) 후방에 제 2지지부(116b)가 일체로서 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
