The oil spraying device according to the present invention includes: a casing part with a gate through which a user enters； a spraying unit which is arranged inside the casing part and sprays oil on the skin of the user in the casing part； and a clothing and skin determining unit which distinguishes the skin exposed to the outside of the clothing from the clothing of the user.
