The present invention provides a compound thickening or gelling a flowing organic substance into the expected viscosity or uniformly stabilizing a composition containing the flowing organic substance, a viscosity stabilizer containing the aforementioned compound, a viscosity stabilization composition containing the aforementioned viscosity stabilizer and the flowing organic substance, and manufacturing method thereof.
