PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon for medical equipment and the medical equipment provided with the same which improved safety more by preventing excessive expansion of the balloon reliably.
SOLUTION: The balloon 60 is mounted to an insertion part 12 to be inserted into a body, and expands when it is supplied with a fluid. The balloon 60 is provided with a recessed part 60D for leaking the fluid inside the balloon 60 to the outside when its internal pressure reaches a prescribed value.
