PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect trap which can improve handleability, when stored, transported, and used, and after used.SOLUTION: The insect trap 10 includes an adhesive base sheet 11 and a curved surface-forming sheet 12 through an adhesive layer 14. The curved surface-forming sheet 12 is disposed in a state capable of being formed in a curved surface shape, when peeled from the base sheet 11 in a state that one side of the curved surface-forming sheet 12 is continuously disposed to the base sheet 11.
