PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first agent for straightening frizzy hair, constituting a frizzy hair straightening agent enabling highly uniform straightening of frizzy hair even in hair having partly different damage degree and giving treated hair having soft feeling and to provide a frizzy hair straightening agent composed of the first agent.SOLUTION: The problems are solved by a first agent for straightening frizzy hair obtained by compounding a reducing agent and an alkali agent and further compounded with (A) a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate or its salt, (B) a phosphoric acid ester or its salt except for polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate, (C) an ester composed of a dibasic acid and a monohydric alcohol and (D) a cationic surfactant or a cationic polymer, and a frizzy hair straightening agent comprising the first agent for straightening frizzy hair and a frizzy hair straightening second agent compounded at least with an oxidizing agent.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ダメージ度合いが部分ごとに異なる毛髪であっても、均一性の高い縮毛矯正処理が可能であり、かつ処理後の毛髪をやわらかな感触にし得る縮毛矯正用剤を構成するための縮毛矯正用第1剤と、該第1剤により構成される縮毛矯正用剤とを提供する。【解決手段】 還元剤とアルカリ剤とが配合され、更に、(A)ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルリン酸エステルまたはその塩、(B)ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルリン酸エステル以外のリン酸エステルまたはその塩、(C)二塩基酸と1価のアルコールとからなるエステル、および(D)カチオン性界面活性剤またはカチオン性ポリマーが配合された縮毛矯正用第1剤、および該縮毛矯正用第1剤と、少なくとも酸化剤が配合された縮毛矯正用第2剤とで構成される縮毛矯正用剤により、前記課題を解決する。【選択図】 なし
