PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube which permits its insertability to be improved.SOLUTION: The medical tube 10 includes a tube body 11, an inductor 16, a peristalsis balloon 17, and an induction balloon 20. The tube body 11 includes a main cavity 11d extending from a base portion 11a to a suction side hole 11c, and subsidiary cavities 11e, 11f, and 11g extending from the base side 11a to the tip side. The inductor 16 is provided with a through hole communicating with the subsidiary cavity 11g to allow the induction balloon 20 to expand at the tip of the inductor 16 by feeding air through the subsidiary cavity 11g and the through hole. The peristalsis balloon 17 can be expanded by feeding water through the subsidiary cavity 11f. The induction balloon 20 includes a baglike expansion and contraction portion 21 connecting the base portion to the tip side periphery of the inductor 16, and a supporting rod 22 movably installed in the through hole of the inductor 16 and connecting the tip portion to the inside tip of the expansion and contraction portion 21 and having flexibility.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 挿入性を向上させることのできる医療用チューブを提供すること。【解決手段】 医療用チューブ10を、チューブ本体11と、誘導子16と、蠕動用バルーン17と、誘導用バルーン20で構成した。チューブ本体11に、基端部11aから吸引用側孔11cに延びる主腔11dと、基端部11aから先端側に延びる副腔11e,11f,11gを設けた。誘導子16に副腔11gに連通する貫通孔を設けて、副腔11gと貫通孔を介して空気を送り込むことにより誘導用バルーン20を誘導子16の先端で膨張可能にした。副腔11fを介して水を送り込むことにより蠕動用バルーン17を膨張可能にした。誘導用バルーン20を、基端部が誘導子16の先端側外周に連結された袋状の膨張収縮部21と、誘導子16の貫通孔内に移動可能に設置され先端部が膨張収縮部21の内面先端に連結された柔軟性を備えた支持棒22とで構成した。【選択図】 図4
