PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and economical pest-controlling device enabling the use of agrochemicals to be reduced, and to provide magnetized water obtained by the device.SOLUTION: The pest-controlling device comprises a flat plate-shaped rotating body 1, and a motor 2 linked to the rotating body 1 through a rotary shaft 2a, and is constituted by fixing a plurality of permanent magnets 1a to the inside of the rotating body 1 at an arbitrary interval.
