PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor for biopsy to a sentinel lymph node, in which even a sentinel lymph node existing in a tissue at a deep part can be easily and safely searched and biopsy-tested without requiring skillfulness.

SOLUTION: The device is composed of an upper ring 1 positioned in contact with the body surface, a lower ring 2 having elasticity and flexibility, disposed to face the upper ring to be inserted into an incision wound, and an elastic sheet 3 in a flexible cylindrical thin film of which both end parts are connected to the upper ring and the lower ring. As the lower ring 2 is inserted to the incision wound, the part of the incision wound where the lower ring is in contact is opened, and the tissue at the deep part including the sentinel lymph node is held as it is pulled and lifted to the body surface side.
