The object of the invention is a reusable medical instrument for controlled uterine manipulation during gynaecologic endoscopic operative procedures. The instrument provides a simple and safe uterine manipulation and can be adapted to anatomy of a patient. The object of the invention, consists of four pieces which can easily be put together: a guiding rod (1), a cylinder with a cervical cup (2), a cylindrical locking nut (9) a pear shaped nut (3) for occlusion of lower vagina. A cylinder with a cervical cup (2) and a pear shaped nuts (3,9) are made in three dimensions and are interchangeable to better adapt to anatomy of a patient.Cette invention concerne un instrument médical réutilisable pour la manipulation contrôlée de lutérus pendant des procédures dopération endoscopiques gynécologiques. Linstrument permet une manipulation simple et sans danger de lutérus et peut être adapté à lanatomie de la patiente. Linvention est constituée de quatre morceaux qui peuvent facilement être assemblés : une tige de guidage (1), un cylindre avec une cupule cervicale (2), un écrou de blocage cylindrique (9) un écrou en forme de poire (3) pour lobstruction de la partie inférieure du vagin. Le cylindre avec cupule cervicale (2) et lécrou en forme de poire (3,9) ont trois dimensions et sont interchangeables pour mieux sadapter à lanatomie de la patiente.
