PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a dental occlusion face part having a dental occlusion face side shape with the use of an artificial posterior tooth where the dental occlusion face part and a bottom part are temporarily joined by a joint part in order to obtain functional dental occlusion, and then, rapidly manufacturing, based on the obtained dental occlusion face part, the dental occlusion face part for replacement, which is different from the dental occlusion face part and is constituted of a replacement material with excellent wear resistance, by highly accurately following a difference in the dental occlusion face side shape of the dental occlusion face part with the functional dental occlusion attained therein.SOLUTION: The method is for manufacturing the dental occlusion face part for replacement for the dental occlusion face part with the functional dental occlusion attained therein with the use of a CAD/CAM system. The CAD system includes a process to acquire design data corresponding to the replacement material of the dental occlusion face part for replacement, based on three-dimensional shape data of the dental occlusion face part. The CAM system includes a process to acquire CAM data of the dental occlusion face part for replacement corresponding to a dental occlusion face part for replacement manufacturing means, based on the design data.
